Job Description

- Operate and control attendance system and support other users - Maintain and update employee personal information data base - Receive and Archive staff personal documents and keep update all documents - Prepare and follow up all supplementary insurance documents and files - Organize induction programs for new staff - Answering and dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls - Control and order office stationary - Type the issue letters and send and receive company’s all faxes - Arrange and organize MD’s all meeting - Arrange board members travel (transportation, hotel, …) - Coordinate taxi service, post and TPG affairs - Handle office interactions with outside visitors, this includes greeting and directing guests - Organizing company events

Requirements

- University qualification: Bachelor degree - 2 years’ experiences in mentioned position. - Expert in MS office - Fluent in English - Gender: Female - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
