Job Description

- Answering calls, taking messages , handling correspondence and office automation - Maintaining schedules and calendars - Archiving reports, memos, letters and other documents - Familiar with ICDL - Complete knowledge of MS-Office software. - Handling MD guests, customers and clients -Coordinates office management activities

Requirements

- Associate /Bachelor degree in management or English - At least 3 years experience in related job - Deal age Range: 28- 38 - Ability to work under pressure and deadlines - Skilled in time management and respecting the deadlines - Familiar with English - Familiar with office affairs - Familiar with outlook - Agreed to work long hours when required. - Ability to multi-task - Responsible - Has a decision making - Creative - Team work spirit
