Job Description

She manages reception, including answering calls & general office duties to ensure company processes run smoothly. She also assists management with their daily job and their meeting schedules; facilitates correspondence with factory, customers & suppliers. Performs clerical duties, including, but not limited to, mailing and filing correspondence, placing orders (when needed),

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience; Good command of English (writing and speaking), skillful in Microsoft Office Programs ; Self-Driven; having good customer care skills; good communication skills; Ability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality; Attention to details; Motivated and ability to work alone or as part of a team; Enthusiastic and reliable;
