Job Description

• Provide office support services • Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages • Coordinating Fax & Email -Organizing lists, contact lists & other information. • Maintaining schedules and calendars. • Monitoring incoming emails and answering or forwarding as required • Faxing, scanning and copying documents • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference • Make preparations for Board meetings • Provide word-processing and secretarial support • Type confidential documents • Provide support to the Chief as requested • Book transport and accommodation • Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Requirements

• University qualifications: minimum BSc • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Proven work experience as a secretary • Good Communication Skills Typing • Good both in English and Farsi • Good knowledge of computer • Fast typing in Farsi • Good communication capabilities And Teamwork • Other Skills: Reliability, Adaptability, good interpersonal skills, organizational skills, problem solving skills, leadership ability • Ideal Age Range: 25 to 35 - Gender Preference: Female • Current Residence: Tehran
