Job Description

Objective: Organizing and supervising all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office. Main responsibilities: - Set up and scheduling and maintaining managerial meetings and event calendars. - Writing reports and letter for management and delivering presentations - Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate department - Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail, faxes and telephone calls. - Responsible for all office tasks such as office stationary purchasing. - Managing paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents

Requirements

- At least Bachelor's degree - More than 2 years of experience in related position - Familiar with the administrative affairs - Great communication skills - Ability to work under pressure, self-motivated. - Regular, accurate and timely in doing things - Gender Preference: Female - Ideal Age: 25-35.
