Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, Multi-task and self-moto female Secretary for our head office in Motahari Street, Tehran. Job tasks and responsibilities: - Calls: Answering and dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls (handle phone calls, take messages, or direct them to appropriate individuals) and responsible for receiving, dispatching, storage of fax and printing -Public relations: Receives, welcomes, books and refers visitors to the relevant individual/department. - Emails: Monitoring incoming emails and answering or forwarding as required - Records: Archiving, maintenance and record of documents, preparing letters, reports, contact lists, memos and official correspondences in Farsi and in a professional way. - Travel bookings: Business related travel bookings for associates & applying for visas, tickets & hotels. - Schedules: Maintaining schedules and calendars. - Support: Administrative and manage secretarial Section - Relation with colleagues: Maintaining excellent relations with all managers, colleagues and staff.

Requirements

- University Qualifications: Bachelor degree preferably in Management/ Communications - Minimum 3 years of work experience in related areas - Professional and confidentiality. - The ability to perform multi-tasks, detail oriented and delivering the tasks on time. - Excellent communication and administration skills - Dominant in ICDL and typing. - Excellent computer skills with MS Office & Online systems - Ability to handle highly demanding tasks within short time frames -Motivated by challenges - Fast learner - Age 24-36 - Female
