Job Description
-Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
-Typing documents
-Coordinating internal and external meetings
-Maintaining schedules and calendars
-Archiving reports, memos, letters and other documents
-Coordinating between managers of different department
-Confirm attendees and manage the agenda/logistics of all meetings
-Prioritizing workloads
-Assisting the MD, Vice President and the other board of Director Members in other tasks and activities:
-Manage their calendar, including time, tasks and scheduling all appointments and meetings
-Manage weekly and monthly reporting from different departments
-Handle incoming emails as well as other issues and report to relevant person
-Handle telephone calls of MD and the board of Director Members and managers.
-Documentation and correspondence follow-up
-Assist in providing all supporting documents, information and other reports as assigned by MD and board of Director Members and managers.
-Handling MD guests, customers and clients
-Coordinates office management activities
-Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages)
-Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
-Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8:00 to 5:05 pm
