Job Description
- Organizing, coordinating, and following all activities and correspondences of project manager with internal divisions and external organizations and/or individual people.
- Maintaining good relations with all managers and colleagues.
- Maintaining corporate files, preparing letters, reports and correspondences in professional way
- Organizing and coordinating calls, appointments, meeting, conferences, travel arrangements, maintain schedules, reminders and calendars.
- Receiving, sorting and distributing mail to all departments.
- Perform any other duty defined by management for daily operation.
- Provide full secretarial & administrative support
