- Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information and maintain filing system.
- Maintains supplies by checking office material to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items; delivering supplies to work stations.
- Maintains equipment and services by completing preventive maintenance; troubleshooting failures; calling for repairs; monitoring equipment operation and purchasing.
- Maintains office schedule in different aspects with expenses keeping and report activities.
- Serves customers by backing-up receptionist; answering questions; forwarding messages; confirming customer orders; keeping customers informed of order status, promote company brand.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting administration tasks for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Out/In bond travel coordination and scheduling.
- Minimum 3 years equal experience preferably within International firms.
- Advanced level in English, Turkish and Germany languages are an asset.
- Skilled for Microsoft Office Applications and preferably Auto-CAD.
- Female Age 25-32.
- Well-presented and organized personality. Sociable and multi task with high sense of responsibility.
- University degree and being familiar with building materials would be an advantageous.
- Ability to assist Marketing team for local events and related communication.
