Job Description

- Handle administrative work and subsequent problems and issues independently - File and retrieve corporate letters, documents, records, and reports - Handle phone calls, take messages, or direct them to appropriate individuals - Organize and coordinate meetings - Maintain scheduling and event calendars - Follow up tasks assigned by the management at different stages - Welcome visitors and guests and handle their inquiries - Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

- More than 2 years of experience as related position - Teamwork minded - High energy level and flexibility to work - Ability to handle multiple tasks. - Familiar with English. - Excellent organization and communication skills - Excellent typing skills (English and Farsi) - Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines - Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...)
