Job Description

- Coordinating the affairs of the CEO and meetings - Office correspondence - Investigating the financial statements and following up on the creditors 'and creditors' liability - Responding to company calls and following up on office internal issues - Set up a list of salaries and allowances for office staff - Follow-up on insurance and financial matters - Set up a payroll and follow up on contracts and hiring staff - Issuance of accounting documents and control of issued documents

Requirements

- Having bachelor degree - Fluent in ICDL and English - Familiar with labor laws and insurance premiums& taxes - Having 5 years of work experience - Active and follow up with self-management spirit - Preferably a lady - Being Committed
