Job Description

-Manage office related activities and communications -Handle the front desk queries and support requests of employees as well as visitors by providing relevant information -Handle phone calls, take messages, or direct them to appropriate individuals -Take and deliver messages accurately and completely -Organize and coordinate meetings -Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately -Do proper filing of documents related to reception area activities -Follow up actions of meetings and prepare regular progress reports for management

Requirements

-Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role -Degree in business administration or relative field -Excellent Microsoft Office skills -Well organized, detail-oriented -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines -Mature, responsible, independent, hands-on personality -Gender Preference: Female -Ideal Age Range: Minimum 25
