• Manage office related activities and communications
• Maintain corporate files, prepare letters, reports and correspondences in professional way
• Organize and coordinate calls, appointments, meeting, conferences, travel arrangements, maintain schedules, reminders and calendars
• Type & dispatch required letters and minutes of meetings internally and externally
• Ensure that secretarial equipment is always in good operational condition
• Maintain and update a follow up file for the purpose of reminding The Managers of functions, events, meetings, appointments and other related matters
• Receive, sort and distribute mail to all departments
Requirements
• University Qualification: Bachelor degree
• Previous experience: 2 years
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both Persian and English)
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent typing skills in both Persian and English
