Job Description

-Answering incoming calls/Faxes/E-mails. -Document preparation / Typing Letters/ Graphical designing of catalog. -Registration and organisation of all the incoming and outgoing letters and projects. -Monitoring on quality of written and visual content on website. -Managing and Updating the website and other social media pages. -Managing office affairs -Meetings, appointments and travel plans arrangements -Report employee's attendance -Assist with upcoming events -Desired start date: ASAP

Requirements

-3 to 5 years relevant work experience -At least B.S. degree in related fields to communications and graphics and Familiar with marketing tasks. -Expert User of Microsoft Office package (Particularly Word, Excel,Outlook and PowerPoint) -Well organising, communication and follow up skills -Able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines -Professional reporting and typing skills -English Fluency -Self-motivated, committed and synthetic character -Applicant must be based in Tehran -Gender Preference: Female -Ideal Age Range: 20-30
