Job Description

- Collaborating with overseas clients, taking orders, making contracts and all relevant paperwork for export - Assisting with day-to-day tasks in the designated department as assigned. Providing high level of customer service to internal and external clients. - Data analysis, such as creating demographics charts and etc. - Marketing analysis- proposing marketing techniques and strategy - Audio and copy typing of general correspondence (including drafting of correspondence), reports, letters, file notes, memos, emails and mail merges - Filling, printing, organizing and distributing documents upon request. -Coordinating and arranging meetings and conference calls. Ordering meals, refreshments, and equipment as requested. -Preparing all relevant material for internal meetings, collating information producing reports, photocopying and distributing to relevant people -Assisting with travel requests :car hire request, train booking, hotel booking.

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree in a relevant field, Master degree preferable. - Fluency in English (Advanced written and spoken, ability to sustain an active business correspondence) plus additional languages desirable. - Marketing, branding skills - Accounting Ability - Expert knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). - Preferable experience working in international business, being familiar with cultural differences and implementing a friendly approach to personalized problem solving. - Demonstrated strong analytical and communication/team work skills. - Pro-active and sense of responsibility, Well organized but adaptable, ability to multitask & prioritize, Good communication and interpersonal skills.
