Job Description
- Provide full secretarial and administrative support - Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies - Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages and etc.) - Type, issue and dispatch required letters, pre-invoices, and invoices - Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments/meetings and etc. - Collaborate with the sales and support team and assist the sales back office - Create, update and archive records and databases - Follow up all the tasks assigned management - Maintaining good relations with all managers and colleague - Welcoming guests
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an office administrator or a similar role at least 3 years - Professional demeanor and attitude - Trustworthy, able to respect the confidentiality - Familiarity with office organization techniques - Capable of multitasking, strong time management and responsible for the task assigned - Well-organized, detail-oriented - Strong writing ability - Excellent verbal communication - Being a good listener and attention to details - Work with conflicting deadlines - Ability to manage pressure and stress - Proficient with computers, especially MS Office (word-excel-power point-out look) - English Language - Good planner, Patience, Flexibility, Personable, Integrity, and resourcefulness, Teamwork abilities, Calm demeanor, and displays grace under pressure and stress, Hard worker and serious in work
