TehranMoble is looking for an Office Administrator to join our team at our head office in West of Tehran. Duties & Responsibilities: - Executive assistance to the CEO - Assistance to the Staff in the office - Meeting Planning - Microsoft Word and Excel document processing - Reception - Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail, faxes and telephone calls. - Travel bookings & applying for visas, tickets & hotels. - Managing and reporting - Managing and reporting - HR Expert - Other duties, as assigned

Requirements

Your Background: - Minimum 28 years old - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position. - Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently. - Able to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines. - Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills. - Attention to detail in all areas of work. - Proficient communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. - Proficient in MS Office and Excel. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Good problem solving skills.
