Job Description

1) Answering the phones, archiving, office coordinating, general correspondence, assisting in commercial affairs 2) Responsible to set, monitor, follow up and accomplish the necessary tasks, reporting to the commercial manager Number required: 1 Duration: One Year - Extendable Desired Start date: Immediately Probation: 3 Months Working hours: 7:45 to 16:30 (Saturday–Wednesday) Travel requirements: No Other Benefits: Social Security Insurance

Requirements

University qualifications: Bachelor's Degrees Other certifications: Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Previous experience: Preferably 3 years of experience in related field Specialist knowledge: Working Knowledge of English Other Skills: Excellent teamwork skills - (Punctuality) be on time- Highly versatile and responsible - Good communication and negotiation skills - Self-Motivated - Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines - Attention to details and a genuine desire to provide support and service to others - High energy levels and flexibility to work to the demands of the role Ideal Age Range: 25 – 35 Gender Preference: Female Nationality Preference: Iranian Language Skills: Farsi - English Current Residence: Tehran Only
