Job Description

- Responsiveness to Office incoming calls - Connect calls to the relevant units - Getting the necessary messages and transmit to contacts correctly and on time - Calling for directors (Managing Director and HR Manager) - Preparing and archiving letters from the company (from all departments) to the company's contacts and archiving all received letters. - Receive and archive official emails and respond to emails that need to be answered. - Manage Office Cleaning with Service Officer (maintain kitchen cleaning and other office parts) - Manage commute and arrivals and exits of personnel, guests and managers - Updating the employee profile file - Note the birth date of all personnel and send a greetings message to the company groups and birthday party arrangements for Office staff (buying cakes and coordinating with the managers). - Order for food and pay it, if necessary, only and exclusively for the CEO, Sales Director, Chairman of the Board - Perform the necessary coordination in the groups of companies either by e-mail or by telephone on request of managers - Manage office Petty Cash - Update file phone maintenance of personnel contacts, including old and new personnel of the company and contacts of the company - Send faxes and receive faxes and transfer them to the relevant units - Request a courier to send dispatches and request a taxi or a snap for managers - Manage Office Purchases for: - Kitchen - Stationery - Electronic - Charging cartridges - Ask for necessary signatures from the management (Sales Director General, Regional Sales Manager, Managing Director, and Chairman of the Board) - Carry out affairs to apply for a visa to Indian managers and to coordinate the airport pick-up and stay as needed. - Manage referrals for interviews and archives required in this case.

Requirements

- English knowledge (writing -reading and speaking) - Excellent knowledge of World, excel and out look - Self organized - Self motivated - Excellent communication skills - Patient and able to work under pressure - Ability of handling events - At least BA level of education - At least 1 year experience of administrating - Candidates between 20-36 years old are in priority
