Job Description

Office Services: - Receive visitors and follow proper security procedure. Greet them, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations - Assist Business Coordinators with meetings organization if needed - Maintain office affairs such as availability and ordering of supplies, tea boys and office cleanliness and office phone bills - Report safety, maintenance or equipment problems to Office Manager - Assist in supporting various functions with their administrative needs, if and when needed - Take and relay messages clearly and accurately including sending and receiving mail/courier deliveries Expats Services: - Manage affairs related to Expats residence and housing services - Manage Expats transportation, cell phones, business cards, etc.

Requirements

Academic Degree and Experience: - University degree (Related fields are preferred) - Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field (Having experience in International Companies is a plus) Skills and Attributes: - Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills - Excellent Organization Skills - Great sense of teamwork, collaboration and helpfulness - High level of understanding, consideration and flexibility - Excellent prioritizing and planning skills - English language proficiency (Written and Spoken) - Good command of MS Office (Especially Excel and Word)
