Job Description

Office manager who would directly report to the CEO/Partner and will have responsibilities of managing all office internal affairs including but not limited to the below items in addition to being involved with preparing client proposals: - Manage relationships with clients - Manage all office correspondences - Schedule and manage office meetings - Preparing reports to Managing Director

Requirements

- At least B.A. /B.S. degree - Any other related certificate is a plus - At least 3 years of experience as secretary, admin officer, executive secretary, personal assistant - Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures - Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Internet - Typing without difficulty both in English and Farsi - Honesty and personal maturity, Intelligence - Being very responsible, good team player, and loyal to work - Effective communication skill and excellent public relations - High energy level and flexibility to work to the demands of the role - Customer service orientation - Excellent organizational and communication skill - High level of self-discipline and attention to detail - Ability to coordinate multiple activities - Stress tolerance - Ability to work under pressure - Gender: female / single
