Job Description

Main purpose of this position is to provide the nutritional counselings and advises to consumers and answer all consumer inquiries/ requests while gaining valuable corporate experience and using the clinical knowledge. • Prepare the monthly reports about complaints and consumer activities • Ensure quality control over consumer call center hotline and prepare the response with right brand tone • Prepares replies to all questions received from the public (via letter, telephone, e-mail or social media), either based on own knowledge or after consultation with appropriate departments in the Head Office • Establish and update a list of Consumer Services Key contacts • Working with digital platforms • Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken, including those taking place on trade, to the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk substitutes and Nestlé Instructions and local country codes.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Nutrition. • Minimum 3 years of Clinical Experience in Relevant Field. • Having experience in a Call Center / Event management would be advantage. Skills: • English Language Proficiency (written and spoken). • Developed Presentation Skills • Highly developed communication Skills • Good Internet & Social Platforms Skills • Good commands of Microsoft Office Tool and Power Point
