Requirements

Good working attitude and analytical skills. • Dimensioning of RAN Network (CEs, Channel Cards, Nod Bs, RNCs and etc) for coverage and capacity and quality requirements. • Daily monitoring Key Performance Indicator of network based on hourly/daily counters. • Perform detail analysis and reporting of any anomalies or potential problems in order to improve the KPI. • Perform new feature/Parameter trials. • Bench-marking for KPIs. • Analyzing drive test, generating reports with recommendations. • Event live monitoring. • Database manipulation to make various reports. • Provision of technical support and expertise to Customer where required, and to colleagues • Follow up with the customer complaints issues and give recommendations. • Formulate capacity upgrade and/or plan new site/s to address capacity issues region wide. • Study traffic and resource utilization figures and make suggestions. • Analysis of site performance after integration using drive test measurements and site key performances. • Problem identification, organization, and resolution skills at an intermediate level. Experience: • Optimization: 5 years (Preferred) Education: • Bachelor’s (Preferred)
