Job Description

-Proficiency in ITIL policies and procedures including Event Management, Incident and Problem Management, Service Validation, Knowledge Management, Relationship Management, and Reporting Management -Resolve escalated incidents in a timely manner as higer-level support -The Leadership of the NOC team and managing roster shift schedules -Strong customer service orientation and team working spirit -Advanced skill and working knowledge of network NMSs such as Solarwinds and PRTG -Follow standards and best practices involving network management related issues. -Interpret, analyze, and report all events and anomalies -Supporting knowledge of various network security vendor capabilities and limitations. -Provides higher-level escalation support to the network security operations -Ensures security policies based on industry best practices, engineering standards, and security principles -Experienced with NG-Firewalls, IDS/IPS, DDOS prevention mechanisms -Ensures security controls are implemented and operating effectively as part of solutions delivery -Implement and deploy Enterprise and Data Center network infrastructure modules such as Aggregation, Core, and Edge -Implementing network infrastructure for server farm connectivity -Plan and implement network device hardening and security policies -Preparing HLD, LLD, and documentation of the maintained networks -Provide on-call support as required for any network & security related issues -Highly self-motivated, directed, and hardworking with limited supervision -*Full-time position
