Job Description
-Monitoring services, networks, and communication links
-Analysis of information and logs obtained from monitoring
-Define Threshold for existing logs
-Follow up the disorders and inform them until the desired result is achieved and the disorder is eliminated
-Investigate and follow up disconnection problems (Extranet and Intranet communication links, power) Setup problems, physical and environmental problems, Packet Loss and Latency problems
-Investigate and resolve problems related to how to access the employees of the company's operational units
-Provide daily, weekly, monthly reports and their analysis
