Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar field required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT OR Service Provider Companies
• Perfectly familiar with the concepts of CCNP R&S , MTCNA , MTCWE
• Hands-on experience with Mikrotik and Cisco platforms
• Must have good understanding of ITIL concepts (Incident , Change , Request , SLA , ....)
• Past experience working with Monitoring tools
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure situation
• Ability to work well with other groups to support services and maintain network infrastructure
• Must have an aptitude for troubleshooting, analyzing, and diagnosing problems
• Communicate with customers to identify requirements
• Intermediate English Knowledge
