Job Description

• Monitor network performance to determine whether adjustments need to be made • Be responsible for accurate request and incident ticket updates and timely communication during the life-cycle of the incident ticket • Maintain reporting, documentation, issue resolution, communication, and client satisfaction • Working hours: Day & Night Rotational Shifts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar field required • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT OR Service Provider Companies • Perfectly familiar with the concepts of CCNP R&S , MTCNA , MTCWE • Hands-on experience with Mikrotik and Cisco platforms • Must have good understanding of ITIL concepts (Incident , Change , Request , SLA , ....) • Past experience working with Monitoring tools • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure situation • Ability to work well with other groups to support services and maintain network infrastructure • Must have an aptitude for troubleshooting, analyzing, and diagnosing problems • Communicate with customers to identify requirements • Intermediate English Knowledge
