Requirements
NOC-Enterprise Engineer:
- Perfectly familiar with networking concepts
- Perfectly familiar with the concepts of CCNA, CCNP (SW, ROUTE), MTCNA and MTCRE
- Familiar with monitoring tools and protocols
- Familiar with ITIL concepts and modules
- Familiar with basic wireless technologies and terms
- Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions
- Ability to work in rotating shifts (Days, evenings and nights)
- Patient in responding to customers and controlling stress
- Doing daily tasks, rapidly and accurately
- High responsibility
- Teamwork ability
- Familiar with documentation and reporting processes
- Minimum 2 years of experience
NOC-Fixed Engineer:
- Perfectly familiar with networking concepts
- Mastery and work experience with Mikrotik and Cisco
- Perfectly familiar with CCNA
- Perfectly familiar with MTCNA
- Familiar with monitoring software like Cacti-Solar-Zabbix
- Ability to work in rotating shifts (Days and nights)
- Minimum 2 years of experience
