-Monitor network performance to determine whether adjustments need to be made -Be responsible for accurate request and incident ticket updates and timely communication during the life-cycle of the incident ticket -Documentation, Presenting and updating reports -Provide daily, weekly, monthly reports and their analysis

Requirements

-Familiar with monitoring software like Prtg-Solarwinds-Zabbix-opmanager -Fluent in Network+ -Fluent in TCP/IP -Good team worker -Responsibility -Carefully and regularly -Ability to follow things until the desired result is achieved
