- To check, follow up, and update “RFC”s related to all units of the organization
- To analyze consumption graphs in monitoring systems
- To prepare periodic and managerial reports
Requirements
- Familiar with ITIL in the “Change” area
- Familiar with “Cost analyze” in the field of organizational communication
- Perfectly familiar with Microsoft Office and familiar with Cisco Courses
- Ability to perform assigned tasks on time and in an appropriate and accurate manner
- Ability to work in a team
