Job Description
List of responsibilities: - Support and maintenance the NFV/Cloud /core Network. - Monitoring, analysis and troubleshooting of issues/alarms that are raised from the front office, other departments and escalating to vendor the cases which not solved base on company's technical support standards. - Work with other departments to solve/improve and provide solution based on their requirement, have effective communication with the operation and maintenance engineers for troubleshooting, decrease of BO alarms, outages. - NFV/Cloud/Core license control and implementation (License Management Process), Patch and Upgrade control and implementation (Release Management) base on network needs and vendor's recommendation to make sure having the latest software update in network installations, new features and security. - Supervision of vendor's operation and SLA to make sure of NFV/Cloud/Core care support quality (SLA Management). - Data analysis and information of NFV/Cloud/Core network events to ensure network stability, Root cause analysis of escalated issues or problems and find the best solution to resolve it. - Test and implementation of new features in NFV/Cloud/Core. - Identify user and company needs, solutions and make recommendations to solve complicated issues.. Length of Probation Period: 1 Month. Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 7:30 to 16:20 or 8:30 to 17:20.
Requirements
Technical Knowledge: - Telecom Knowledge and Have Understanding on Mobile Network Elements and working principles. - Having NFV platform Knowledge and understanding Cloud Based application and Disk array, Network Virtualization/ NFV/Cloud Computing, Cloud Security, Fundamental of deploying Openstack Cloud. - Having IMS knowledge and understanding Related signal Flow. - Having Basic Knowledge of IP and can ability to configure LAN switch. - Having the ability to work of Server and familiar with win and Linux Commands. - University Qualifications: B.Sc or M.Sc. in Engineering (Electronic/Telecom/Computer) or other Engineering Related Fields. - Specialist knowledge: Team working ability. Having the ability to learn new technologies. Having the ability to analyze problems accurately and provide the right solutions.. Job Experience: - At least 5 years experience in Mobile core Network. - At least 3 years experience in NFV/Cloud/IMS network. - At least 1 year experience in PS network
