Job Description
- Examine new opportunities in current and potential markets.
- Prepare a comprehensive budget that delivers the greatest value to the business.
- Leverage market data to drive company growth.
- Keeps detailed records of daily revenue and cash flow at the business site and control business P&L
- Reports to higher management when the business is over budget or not reaping expected profits
- Work with other managers and key departments of the organization such as Marketing, Technical R&D, supply chain, Graphic designing, financial, production and especially sales & distribution channels.
- Negotiate, renegotiate, and administer contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other representatives.
- create long-term business strategy.
- Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
- Prepare Business Plan and Business Model with cooperation of marketing team.
- Integrate supply chain and sales to enhance product profitability
