Job Description

- Manage, Maintain and improve Network services including Microsoft Exchange , Skype for Business and infra structure services including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS and other related Microsoft network services - Research, Develop and implement new network services based on business needs - Close collaboration with Security, Networking, Storage and Virtualization teams to maintain and improve service quality and to implement new services. - Collaboration with software teams to help them maintain current services and to implement new services. - Collaboration with other GIG companies ICT teams to improve and troubleshoot services - Create, manage and improve procedures to increase efficiency

Requirements

- Good understanding of business needs and strategies - Deep knowledge and experience in Microsoft infra structure services (Active Directory, DNS, etc.), Microsoft Exchange and Skype for Business - Good knowledge and experience in IIS, CA Services and other Microsoft services - Good Knowledge in VoIP, Security, Virtualization, Storage and Networking concepts - Bachelor Degree or higher - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in related fields - Ability to manage time and team members - Ability to work under high stress conditions - Great sense of responsibility - Availability and responsibility in off work hours - Ideal age range: between 30 to 35 years - Gender preference: Male
