Job Description

• To interface across the company with Core Planning, Core Operation, NW software support team and Network Monitoring team to ensure satisfactory Core performance. • To support various teams to deliver customer experience management metrics • To support the tuning and optimization teams by providing insightful analysis to continuously improve network performance. • To monitor Core Network performance, identify any errors, malfunctions, and degradation, troubleshoot using available tools and solve network problems in an effective and timely manner, to ensure maximum network stability and continuous functionality, as well as cooperating with NOC function in this regard. • To be responsible for the process of setting performance measures/KPIs requirements, definition, targets and thresholds with the participation of the concerned parties, vendors and strategy team based on the business needs, benchmarking and best practices. • To measure and maintain certain QoS aligned with the agreed SLAs and business objectives and customer expectations by setting and analyzing set of service/customer quality KPIs and utilizing the results of CEM tools, outcome of customer surveys, complaints and audit reports. • To support roaming team in troubleshooting of related services with the aim of satisfying preset international and roaming agreements • To support Value Added Services (VAS) function through monitoring and troubleshooting the VAS services into the system, in order to satisfy customer needs and increase the profitability. • To monitor, analyze and report network routes and links traffic, congestion and blockage status through analyzing related reports and statistics, in order to ensure optimal utilization of resources. • To perform regular statistical analysis and traffic modelling of Network Elements through various probes from raw traffic files and comprehensive KPI analysis. • To utilize CEM capability to analyze user experience, make procedure and do follow-up to improve it. • To create an expert Clear Code analysis, analyze Trunk utilization and Congestion Measurement and further drill down to find out the route cause and identify the problematic functional area. • To ensure network efficiency by means of identification, optimization and ensuring operational support is tightly integrated into network operations and performance • To provide service monitoring functions and KPI adherence mechanisms to ensure that the Vendors deliver agreed performance • To review and check KPIs of IMS nodes, investigate the issues and troubleshoot to ensure maximum network stability and continuous functionality • To handle VIP customer complaint and investigate the root cause to solve and satisfy VIP customer needs and increase the profitability. • To generate structured documentation of probing network connections and topology as necessary. • To interface with International Organizations, such as global standardization bodies, vendors to ensure MTNIrancell stays ahead with new technologies, and methodologies of performance management.

Requirements

• B.Sc. Degree in Technology Systems (Telecommunication Management )or related • Minimum 3 years’ telecommunication experience in scope of Operations, performance management and monitoring field • Experience working in a medium organization Having knowledge of data analysis
