Job Description

Employees in this position are responsible for maintaining and caring for the obligations of coverage and capacity of the mobile network and answering and following up related issues. For this position, it is necessary to have a good familiarity with the whole network, especially the radio part of different generations of the network, correspondence and negotiation techniques, and to gain a good understanding of the tasks of different departments and their division in the company. For this position, while getting acquainted with the generalities of the mobile network, it is necessary to create a proper communication between colleagues inside the company and outside the company. Duties: - Reviewing and familiarizing the company's obligations to government organizations and approvals of the regulatory organization - Receiving and reviewing problems and requests regarding the company's obligations from the competent authorities - Sending the announced items and requests to the audience inside the company - Receive answers before the deadline and review them - Preparing responses to demanding organizations, especially the Radio Regulatory Authority - Send appropriate answers on behalf of the company to the target organizations - Protection of the interests of the company against government organizations - Collection of information and organizational data related to the regulatory department
