• Technical man/woman in IT included hardware and software for troubleshooting PC, Laptop, Printer and be expert in OS installation on PC and laptop. • Provide telephone support related to networking or connectivity issues. • Analyze network data to determine network usage, disk space availability, or server function. • Install or repair network cables (passive experience-including fiber optic cables), new network hardware or software systems (security or firewall software). • Administration of Webhosting (Plesk, CPanel, Direct Admin …) and Administration of Organizational mail (Exchange, Axigen, Smartermail, Qmail, HMail,…) • Design Data Storage, Data Backup and Archiving, Data Replication for Enterprises and Data Centers. • Implement, Operate and Troubleshoot SAN/NAS Storage Systems. • Monitor software especially Manage Engine, Solar winds, Cacti and PRTG. • Consulting, Design, Supervision, Install, Configure, Maintain, and Monitor Systems Performance in virtualization. • Tune performance and ensure high availability of infrastructure servers, backup, and performance optimizations of virtualization infrastructure. • VMWare vSphere (HP / EMC Storages – Cisco Switch and Routers / Mikrotik) • Managing and installing Zero Clients, based on VMware Horizon. • Designing and implementing VLANs, Network security devices (next generation firewalls, advanced threat detection and response technologies (IDS, IPS, WAF, DLP)). • Supporting VOIP system based on Panasonic/Cisco/Elastix. • Implementing, Programming tasks such as Designing, developing, bug fixing and improving application performance in SharePoint. • Tuning, Troubleshooting SQL Server with built in utilities, system views and Extended Events, Backing up and Restoring and Monitoring SQL Server • Maintaining SQL Server backups, updates, indexes, statistics, and integrity checks
