Job Description

Main Responsibilities: • Hardware maintenance • Upgrading (hardware, firmware, ISO, …) • Trouble-shooting problems • Monitoring • Documenting any changes occurs in the network • Classifying the documents • Reporting to Data Center Manager • Network Auditing (Routers, switches, server, …)

Requirements

• At least 3 years of work experience in this field • University qualifications: At least B.A/BSc degree in IT or Computer related fields Technical Skills: • Servers, Storage (especially HP) • CCNA R&S • MTCNA • Enough experience with monitoring software especially Manage Engine, Solarwinds, Cacti and PRTG • Syslog Server • Familiarity with CCNP R&S and MTCRE is a plus
