Requirements

● Ability to read and create technical documents and reporting. ● At least 2 years experience in a similar position. ● Knowledge of routing, switching, and security concepts. ● Knowledge of data center network concepts. ● Familiar with network monitoring tools. ● Interested in IT and datacenter new technologies. ● Familiar with ITIL and ticketing systems. ● Intermediate English knowledge. ● Ability to work with other groups in order to resolve incidents. ● Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure situations. ● Ability to work in Tehran and Pardis (Technology Park).
