- The overall objective of the network development Director is to develop a dynamic and effective network, in terms of both quantitatively and qualitatively, in a way that achieves sales targets. - Step one: Analysis: - Gather company dealers data from reports - Analyze performance data - Create and execute strategies to develop business with new and existing dealers - Step two: Support Operations - Support dealers managers during Dealers Mentoring - Critical review of dealer action plans - Back office support - Support best practice management - Responsible for continues improvement - Responsible for interaction and creation of synergy with other project - Step three: Transition - Develop transition plan - Execute transition plan - Monitor transition plan
