Job Description

- Supporting end users. Troubleshooting and technical support via phone and email. And advise on the appropriate action and guiding users through step-by step solutions - Track and route problems and requests and proper document resolutions - Prepare activity reports - Oversee the daily performance of computer systems. - Maintain records of daily problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities. - Enter commands and observe system functions to verify correct operations and detect errors. - Develop training materials and procedures, or train users in the proper use of hardware or software. - Provide technical software, hardware and network problem resolution to all - District computer users by performing question/problem diagnosis clearly communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner; provide one-on-one end-user training as needed;

Requirements

- MCITP & CCNA (ICND I & II) - Good understanding of network architecture & Network troubleshooting - Good Attitude - Ability to communicate well with the customer - Good team working abilities - Ability of working in non-administrative hours - Ability to presence at site - Knowledge of the operation and support of PCs and local area networks - Knowledge of standard networking protocols - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical and computer-related problems - Familiar with Network Devices and Client ,& Network Security , TShoot and solutions
