Job Description
● Install, configure, support and, troubleshoot routers, switches and wireless devices.
● Support, troubleshoot, install, and configure network security solutions including firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, network access control, Email security, Web security, Web application firewalls, and application layer gateways.
● Develop network and security configuration documentation.
● Configure networks to ensure reliable operation for business objectives and processes.
● Administer and maintain site infrastructure, including network connectivity, and Internet access.
● Troubleshoot of network-related issues.
● Installation and maintenance of site network equipment (Routers, switches, and wireless solutions).
● Monitor the availability and performance of the related services.
● Analyze existing VoIP networks and computer systems.
● Develop architecture plans for voice and data services.
● Install network hardware modules including IP and PBX communication servers.
● Design and implement Cisco Unity systems.
● Troubleshoot VoIP network issues.
● Ability to work 24/7 (On-Call and remotely or in office in emergency cases).
