Job Description
Monitor, analyze, troubleshoot, and maintenance of company network infrastructures.
- Maintain and monitor daily performance of LAN/WAN networks (availability, utilization, throughput, and latency) and test for weaknesses.
- Monitor and resolve technical problems in local area networks (LAN) and WAN.
- Monitor and troubleshoot company WAN Connections.
- Apply network security policies and regularly analyze network security.
- Analyze and optimize network traffic to ensure network security and connection stability.
- Utilize network management and monitoring tools to maintain situational awareness of all network devices and circuits.
- Install, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot routers, gateways, firewalls, and other networking infrastructure for the local area and wide area networks (LAN/WAN), including Internet connectivity (Mikrotik routers, Cisco switch, router, access point, WLC)
- Define proper firewall/ACL/queue rule on routers, switches, contact with ISP when a problem occurred on Internet/Intranet connections, and follow this issue.
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to Network, software, and hardware.
