Job Description

Vira Ertebatate Vanda Co. Which is active in the area of Network and Infrastructure, requires a number of Network Administrators or Networking Experts with the following abilities to collaborate on some of their enterprise projects: - Maintenance and technical support of physical and virtual servers - Maintenance and technical support Storage equipment such as SAN Storage, SAN Switch and NAS Storage - Maintenance, technical support and service development. Routing and Switching based on CISCO and Mikrotik equipment. - Provide backup and implementation of the Backup Plan using specialized equipment and software - Maintenance and support Microsoft Infrastructure Services - Maintenance and support Mail Server based on Microsoft Exchange 2016 - Maintenance and support Microsoft Lync and related services - Maintenance and support Video Conferencing Service Base on Skype for Business - Maintenance and hosting of enterprise system and softwares - Maintenance MPLS Telecommunication, as well as organizational ECE services - Network Monitoring and analysis - Help desk services by remote access

Requirements

- Having at least the bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or Engineering - Having at least 5 years of experience for Network َAdministrator or 3 year similar experience for Network َExpert and technical support. - Having public relations, perseverance, troubleshooting skills, as well Flexibility to work extended hours or work on call as needed in support - Having at least the Certificate or passing Courses of MCSE - CCNA, - Having the technical knowledge to Maintenance and support: Cisco devices, HP servers and SAN storage, NAS Storage and IBM Autoloader, Mikrotik, UTM and Firewall equipment (Cyberoam) - Having the experience, knowledge and technical ability to support and maintain network Infrastructure services, virtualization (WMware ,ESX, ,...) Microsoft Exchange 2016, Microsoft Lync 2019 And Skype for business(Video conferancing), Backup exec and other software, Antivirus Software (kasperSky and Symantec),and Having relative knowledge about Elastix and issabel software for VOIP.
