Job Description

- Maintenance, administration, support and troubleshooting of the Cisco telecommunications infrastructure, equipment and solutions - Administration of Distributed Networks over Tunnels , traffic shaping policies and Security - Implement and handle Microsoft Products like Microsoft Exchange 2019 - Administration of Server Virtualization and backup solutions like Veeam Backup and Replications. - Supervising Help desk Staffs and Request Management - Team working and Training Staffs

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field - At least 4 years' experience as IT Technician - Good Knowledge of Networking and Security - Cisco CCNP Collaboration( Internal or International Certificate is Advantage) - MCSE (Server Infrastructure) - VMware Esxi 6.5 or above
