Job Description
-Troubleshooting Microsoft Windows services and supervising hardware installations -Installing, testing and configuring new workstations, related equipment and software -Managing PC setup and deployment for new employees -Assist enterprise software (Active Directory, e-mail, anti-virus, network, accounts) -Managing user accounts, permissions, email and Anti-virus -Assigning users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory -Performing timely workstation hardware and software Upgrades as required -Managing all system back-up and restore systems -Maintaining documentation, such as; network diagrams, typologies, computers assets
Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Engineering or IT - Minimum 4 years of experience as an IT help-desk - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft client and server operating systems - Lots of experience for windows troubleshooting -Microsoft MCITP/MCSE, Network Plus and VMware certified - - Candidates is an asset - Familiar with VOIP (FreePBX) and Virtualization. - Ideal Age Range: Maximum 30 years - Gender: Male - Fluent in English
