Job Description
We are looking for a qualified team leader to lead our team and provide effective technical guidance. As a Scrum Master you will be responsible for monitoring scrum process, managing team issues and motivating team members on a daily basis. Responsibilities: • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture • Monitor SCRUM process and managing scrum meetings • Help team members to overcome on architectural challenges • Help team members in order to deliver high quality and maintainable software. • Help team to estimate better and be more productive
Requirements
• Proven work experience as team leader • Deep understanding of agile culture and Scrum framework • Excellent communication and leadership experience • Passionate about problem solving and continues improvement. • 5+ years of development experience. (C#, .net, .net Core) • Deep knowledge of software architecture • Familiar with android and iOS ecosystem and development culture • Familiar with containerization philosophy. (Docker, Kubernetes) • Working experience in real time application, messaging application is a Plus!
