Job Description
The applicant will be responsible to support sales team for 2 publication brands with sales data analysis, monitoring team performance, Coaching the team, Negotiating to and developing new Wholesales, Agents and Sub agents, preparing reports and share with National Wholesale & Retail manager to set strategies. Deliver monthly, weekly and daily reports based on the 2 brand needs, work closely with other related Wholesales Managers and Retail Manager. -Main Responsibilities: -Organizing, monitoring and following all sales activities. -Reporting to National Wholesale & Retail manager regularly included weekly sales performance reports and more. -Handling all Wholesales Specialists Directly. -Managing sales team by monitoring their KPIs and setting sales incentives of team. -Negotiating to, building relation with, signing contract with and getting the depts from wholesalers, Agent and Sub Agents. -Managing the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness. -Ensure adherence to laws and policies. -Managing wholesales petty cash.
Requirements
-At least BA. BSc. in any subject. Preferably in MBA. -At least 3 years of experience in the same position with Wholesalers. Working experience in FMCG companies are preferred. -Wholesales management knowledge with high level of financial acumen. -Have a moderate knowledge of English in writing and speaking. -Excellent command of MS- office (word, Excel). -Excellent Negotiation and selling skills. -Detailed-oriented and highly organized. -Great People Management. -Goal and task oriented. -Customer Service Oriented.
