Job Description

Reaching /exceeding set monthly / quarterly / annual sales targets and goals for the Country Islamic republic of Iran. Working in coordination with General Manager / Medico Marketing Manager to formulate the marketing and sales plans for the company’s basket of product both existing and New Products. Responsible for Marketing and Sales for the company products under direct Marketing control reporting to General Manager and HO. Recruiting and training of Med reps and Marketing & Sales staff for selling skills /reports & returns, P&Ls, Various Feedback trackers as needed to be updated with HO time to time. Working closely with both Distribution Manager in following up SCCF Tracker (Supply Chain & Cash Flow) and managing adequate stocks at all Distributors by following RSF tracker (Rolling Sales Forecast) and ensuring payments collection and liquidation of near expiry products in time. Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base (Doctors & Pharmacies) in Republic of Iran. KOL management Ensuring reporting/feedback/response discipline of self and all Marketing & Sales Team members through emails/Telephone/Marris or any other form as discussed and agreed time to time with HO and Regional office. Setting sales targets for individual Medical Representatives and also the team as a whole Allocating areas to sales representatives and DSMs and updating yearly STPs and monthly TPs. Monitoring & analyzing team's performance and motivating them to reach targets Compiling and analyzing sales figures & reporting to H.O on weekly and monthly basis. Regularly organizing & attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings; A minimum 8 days of field work ( 2 days per week) in a month to take up joint field work in identified markets to turn around the sales by providing on the job coaching to identified weak MRs and DSMs based on FRS ( Forced Ranking Sheet) analysis, besides building relationships with identified KOLs. To manage and organize training programs with the help of both HO and regional office teams for Marketing & Sales Teams and also effectively roll out participation in Seminars/Congresses per approved P&Ls. To identify the commercial activities by Brand and Strategize and roll out Merchandising Activities taking Distributors sales team in to confidence. Provide feedback to HO on competitor activities, promotion and pricing. Also to work with HO closely in identifying the new products and work out the time bound launch plans. Analyze the sales achievement on weekly basis and make operational strategic changes to ensure achievement of targets in all territories in order to help Team earn their sales incentives. Working at least 10 days on field (Tehran or province) in need

Requirements

PHD or Master Degree in medical related field At least 5 years of Pharmaceutical Sales Management. Experience managing inside sales supervisor’s team strongly preferred. Experience training and coaching pharmaceutical sales supervisors and representatives also. Solid understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, World, Power Point, Outlook) Ability to effectively lead, motivate, and train others; adept at coaching, motivating and retaining staff. Strong oral and written language skills in both Persian and English; excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations in a professional manner. Knowledge of reporting methodology, principles and procedures; ability to gather data and generate sales reports. Ability to demonstrate and articulate creative thinking and a willingness to implement new approaches.
