Job Description

Objective of the Job: As a Modern Trade Manager you are responsible for leading the Modern Trade team in order to achieve volume, profit market share and channel goals and excellent execution and provide excellent customer service to key accounts by managing sales, marketing and logistic issues. The main responsibilities are: - Develop and ensure full Implementation of chain strategy locally. Know and analyze the total universe of chains and build a plan of acquisition of new customers or growth within existing customers - Achieve volume targets by preparing, negotiating and implementing customer annual business plans - Build and keep sustainable relationship with key accounts, based on UL Principles and protocols, to support and influence their decision making on UL business - Leverage and ensure local alignment to key activity that differentiates, ensure implementation of merchandising standards - Obtain and feedback information about competitors and their activities on the market. - Control and manage assigned budgets for selling support in line with Unilever policies and strategy. Control the budget execution according to plan, including monthly accruals. - Monitor customer service level to improve invoicing and delivery quality by tracking closely and follow up with logistic team. - Manage, coach and develop direct reports in line with the department needs

Requirements

- MA or BA degree in related fields - Minimum 5 years experience in FMCG sales, at least 2 years of experience in Key Account field - Fluent in English - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong analytical and planning skills
