Job Description
-Implements sales programs and meet monthly targets by developing field sales action plans and educate team members. -Represent the organization in external relations including negotiation meetings. -Evaluate employee performance and build a team by encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members. -Providing guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance by frequent visit to stores. -Assessing the value, importance, or quality of accounts and peoples. -Monitoring and controlling resources and overseeing the spending of money to ensure the profitability. -Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve the problem & conflicts.
