Job Description

● Control quarry activities, material flow, and inventory to achieve cost and quality targets and production schedules. ● Liaise with functional or operational area managers (for example in supply and logistics, or sales) to understand their current and future product needs and develop plans, cost estimates, and schedules for integrating these needs into existing manufacturing activities. ● Analyze production, maintenance, and malfunction records to identify problems and recommend solutions (for example changes to procedures, workflow, or equipment) that will improve performance. ● Confirm the mining activities according to country law and regulations. ● Follow up on permissions and legal issues related to his area of mining (mining licenses and permits). ● Realize mining activities under the mine development plan guidelines, create mine plans, and communicate with external consultants for mine design. ● Organize the production according to the budget. ● Realize and fulfill QSHE needs for mine and plant together. ● Realize and perform maintenance activities. ● Apply continuous improvement tracking. ● Propose investment plans for new capacities and improvements.

Requirements

● Knowledge of mining and drilling, understanding of quarry exploitation. ● Good people management and interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity and strong social competencies. ● Highly motivated and results orientated. ● Ability to find solutions and proactively solve problems. ● Ability to manage projects and drive to completion. ● Effective planning and project management skills. ● Excellent management skills: supervising, monitoring, team building, and solving team issues. ● Ability to effectively communicate with a professional group environment and local communities. ● Minimum 10 years of experience in quarry operations. ● At least Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Minerals Engineering, or similar fields. ● Good command of both oral and written local language and English are essential. ● Available to travel to mining areas (Lorestan Province- Aligodarz, Azna, and Doorod), as required, to support the business.
